Cancellation Policy

By booking and attending this meet up, you agree to the following: 1. Personal Responsibility You take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and safety during the meet up. 2. Participation at Your Own Risk While we aim to create a safe and supportive environment, participation is at your own risk. Beyond Mama CIC and the meet up facilitator(s) cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the session. 3. Outdoor Environment This is an outdoor activity, and conditions may be uneven, muddy, or slippery. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for the weather. 5. Children (if applicable) If you bring children, they remain your responsibility at all times. 6. Respect & Community We ask everyone to be respectful of others in the group. This is a supportive, non-judgemental space. 7. Changes & Cancellations We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible.
